44-year-old Nicole Marie Alcock of Sawmills School Road in Sawmills was arrested Monday (October 30) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged on a felony fugitive warrant for driving with a suspended license along with a misdemeanor count of misuse of 911 emergency communications. Alcock remained in jail as of this morning at the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $15,500 secured bond and awaiting extradition to Carter County, Tennessee. District Court appearances were scheduled for October 30 and November 1.
