22-year-old Cameron Michael Blair of Sanford in Lee County, N.C. was arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with statutory rape of a child 15-years-old or younger and first-degree kidnapping. Blair was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (April 6) under $200,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
