Runaway Lincoln County Teen Found, Safe [UPDATED 3:30 p.m.]

UPDATE: According to brief press release issued this afternoon (April 22) by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Detectives have located 14-year-old Cadence Lail, who ran away from her home on Catawba-Burris Road in Denver on April 20. The Sheriff’s Office says she has been found and is safe.

Lincoln County Sheriff’s Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a runaway teen. She is 14-year-old Cadence Lail.

On April 20, Deputies were dispatched to a residence on the 4300 block of Catawba-Burris Road in Denver regarding a teenager who ran away from home. The teen, Cadence Lail, told her mother that she was going outside to play basketball. She left the residence without anyone’s knowledge.

Ms. Lail is a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5’6″ tall. No clothing description is available. Ms. Lail is believed to be in possession of a black Nike book bag. She is a student at East Lincoln Middle School.
