33-year-old Brittany Danielle Sain of Magnolia Street in Rhodhiss was arrested Wednesday (July 19) by Probation and Parole Officers. She was charged with two felony probation violations and jailed under $20,000 secured bond. Sain remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for September 25. She was on probation as a result of conviction in Caldwell County in February 2021 for felony possession of scheduled two controlled substance. Sain was given probation and a 24 month suspended sentence.
