23-year-old Joshua Max Barnes of Ledford Avenue in Rhodhiss was arrested by Caldwell Co. Sheriff’s Officers Friday (March 5) for felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana. Following his arrest, Barnes was taken to the Caldwell Co. Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond. He has since been released. He was scheduled to make a first appearance in District Court today (March 8) in Lenoir.
