68-year-old Ronnie Dean Eddins of Caldwell Street in Rhodhiss was arrested Monday (July 31) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count discharging a firearm into an occupied property and jailed under $25,000 secured bond. Eddins remains in jail as of this morning with no court date listed.
