A Taylorsville man is facing multiple charges following a domestic-related incident investigated by the Taylorsville Police Department. The incident occurred at Walmart late Friday night (May 29).

According to police, officers responded to Walmart on May 30 at approximately 10 p.m. regarding the reported incident. During the investigation, officers identified Justin Kane Davis of Williams and Nance Lane as the suspect after reviewing security footage and collecting evidence.

Authorities said warrants were obtained charging Davis with felony breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, larceny after breaking and entering, interfering with emergency communications, and reckless driving.

Davis was arrested early Saturday morning, May 31, at approximately 5:30 a.m. He was given a $10,000 secured bond and was scheduled to appear in Alexander County District Court on Monday, June 1.
