49-year-old Russell Lyn Bowen of Vaughn Road in Reidsville, North Carolina was arrested Saturday (September 16) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of methamphetamine and jailed under $15,000 secured bond. Bowen remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for today (September 18).
