34-year-old Erica Marie Matyok of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania has been arrested by Maiden Police on two counts each of fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle and attempting to obtain property by false pretenses, along with single counts of felony conspiracy, identity theft, speeding, reckless driving to endanger, driving while license revoked, resisting a public officer, driving left of center, and failure to stop at a stop sign or flashing red light.

Matyok was jailed yesterday (August 30) in the Catawba County Detention Facility with bond set at $75,000. She remained in jail as of this afternoon. District Court appearances were scheduled today and on September 12 in Newton.
