43-year-old Cynthia Denise Reid of Old Fort was arrested Thursday (December 17) by Lenoir Police Officers. She’s charged with felony counts of possession of heroin and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. Reid was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled for Monday (December 21).
