31-year-old Lisa Nicole Hall of Caldwell Avenue in Newton was arrested Thursday (April 13) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with one felony count of possession of a schedule two controlled substance and given a custody release. Hall was not listed in the Caldwell County Detention Center as of this morning with a District Court appearance scheduled for April 17.
