33-year-old Laura Anne O’Connor, who is listed as a homeless person from Newton, was arrested Thursday (March 16) by Long View Police Officers. She’s charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear on a count of impeding traffic. O’Connor was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $2,000 bond. District Court appearances were scheduled for today (March 17) and March 27.
