33-year-old Anna Marie Deal of Thomas Drive in Newton was arrested by Newton Police Officers. She’s charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license revoked. Deal was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (August 25) under $9,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
