35-year-old Jamie Eugene Scronce, with no listed address, has been arrested by Newton Police on charges of possession of a stolen motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Scronce was jailed today (November 16) in the Catawba County Detention Facility where he’s being held without bond. A first appearance in District Court is coming up tomorrow in Newton.
