44-year-old Robert Laury Fulton of Brentwood Drive in Newton was arrested Sunday (September 24) by Newton Police Officers. He’s charged with two counts of statutory sex offense with a child 15-years-old or younger and two counts of indecent liberties with a child. Fulton was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $120,000 bond. A Superior Court appearance was scheduled today (September 25).
