26-year-old Shamel Laqua Lineberger of Killbourne Drive in Newton was arrested Thursday (May 4) by Newton Police Officers. He’s charged with felony larceny. Lineberger was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $6,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (May 5).
