46-year-old Matthew Shane Barker of Starbrooke Drive in Newton was arrested Thursday (September 27) by Newton Police Officers. He was charged with resisting a public officer, domestic criminal trespass, felony stalking, intimidating a witness, and breaking or entering a motor vehicle. Barker remains in jail as of this morning under $500 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for today (September 28).
