60-year-old Danny Ray Bolick of North Hewitt Avenue in Newton was arrested by Newton Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce. Bolick was jailed this morning (December 9) under $1,500 bond. A District Court date is scheduled for next Monday (December 12).
