43-year-old Chance Jerome Seagle of Westbrook Drive in Newton was arrested Sunday (July 24) by Newton Police Officers. He’s charged with attempt to break or enter a building and resisting a public officer. Seagle was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $15,000 bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled for September 12.
