44-year-old Michael Gene Biles of Claremont Road in Newton was arrested Saturday (January 28) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor larceny. Biles was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $2,500 bond and remained in jail as of earlier today (January 30). A District Court date was scheduled today.
