27-year-old Andy Tylek Punnette of Street Marks Place in Staten Island New York was arrested Tuesday (April 18) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with three felonies: two counts of breaking and entering into an automobile, larceny after breaking & entering, and four counts of credit card fraud. In addition, Punnette was charged with one misdemeanor count of resisting a public officer and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $130,000 secured bond. He remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for April 20.
