27-year-old Andy Tylek Punnette of Marks Place in Staten Island New York was arrested Wednesday (May 10) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony credit card forgery and felony fugitive extradition to another state. Punnette remains in jail as of this morning with a $210,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for May 11.
