34-year-old Kristen Price Niewiera of Piney Road in Morganton was arrested Tuesday (August 8) by Probation and Parole Officers. She was charged with three probation violations, misdemeanor second degree trespass, misdemeanor larceny, and failure to appear. Price was jailed under $2 unsecured and $54,000 secured bond and remains in jail as of this morning. A District Court date was scheduled for September 25.
