35-year-old Amber Dawn Harris of Shuffler Road in Morganton was arrested today (May 5) by Hickory Police Officers. She’s charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harris was detained in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $10,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
