23-year-old Sisalynn Keyla Norman of Long Street in Morganton was arrested Saturday (April 15) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with three felonies: breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and breaking and entering into an automobile. Norman was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $30,000 secured bond but as of this morning she was not listed in jail. A District Court date was scheduled for April 17.
