23-year-old Samaria Tationa Ellis of Burkemont Road in Morganton was arrested by Granite Falls Police yesterday (April 20) for felony speeding to elude arrest. Following her arrest, Ellis was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000, secured. A first appearance in District Court was scheduled today in Lenoir.
