33-year-old Nicholas Shane Gassner of Crawley Dale Street in Morganton was arrested Monday (April 17) by Granite Falls Police Officers. He was charged with one felony count of possession of methamphetamine and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $15,000 secured bond. Gassner remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court appearance scheduled for April 19.
