39-year-old Rolando Mario Juarez-Vasquez of Lenoir Road in Morganton was arrested Tuesday (June 28) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with two felony counts of identity theft and one misdemeanor count of possession or manufacture of a fraudulent ID. Juarez-Vasquez was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $20,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (June 29).
