28-year-old Nicholas Dalton Robinson of Foxfire Drive in Morganton was arrested Monday (July 11) by Troopers with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. He’s charged with felonious breaking & entering to a motor vehicle, reckless driving to endanger, and fail to heed light or siren. Robinson was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $3,500 bond. A District Court date is scheduled for July 18.
