35-year-old Curtis West Moore Jr of Oak Hill Drive in Morganton was arrested Monday (July 24) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with two felony counts possession of schedule two controlled substance and jailed under $10,000 secured bond. Moore remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for today (July 26).
