46-year-old Richard Alan Lydens of Mill Race Road in Morganton was arrested Thursday (August 24) by Granite Falls Police Officers. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $5,000 secured bond. Lydens was not listed in jail as of this morning and a District Court date was scheduled for August 24.
