39-year-old Todd Alan Setzer of Burkemont Avenue in Morganton was arrested Saturday (November 26) by Burke County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of traffic in methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver meth, and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place to keep controlled substance along with a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Setzer was arrested at approximately 5:30 p.m. Saturday and placed in jail in Morganton under $50,000 secured bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (November 28). A District Court date was scheduled today.
