38-year-old Garrett Allen Via of Perkins Avenue in Morganton was arrested Thursday (July 27) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine and felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance. Via remains in jail as of this morning with a $20,000 secured bond and no court date listed on these charges.
