25-year-old Jonathon Scott Taylor of Playmore Beach Road in Morganton was arrested Tuesday (July 25) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle and misdemeanor driving while impaired. Taylor remains in jail as of this morning with a $30,000 secured bond and a custody release. A District Court date was scheduled for today (July 26).
