More information has been released regarding the arrest of 37-year-old Elizabeth Suzanne Bailey of Bluff Court in Statesville. She was arrested Saturday (May 13) for violation of a pretrial release order in connection with multiple sex offense charges, as reported yesterday (May 15) by WHKY.

A District Court Judge amended Bailey’s bond to strike the $750,000 bond that was issued by the magistrate. The judge ruled that Bailey is to remain under a posted bond from October of 2022. She was released from custody on the new charge without posting any additional bond for violating a pre-trial release order for a second time.

District Court appearances were set for May 22 and July 12.
