The Missing Endangered Alert that was issued for 48-year-old Richard Wayne Presnell has been canceled. According to the Morganton Department of Public Safety, Mr. Presnell returned to his mother’s house late last week. He is safe. The N.C. Center for Missing Persons canceled the alert this morning (October 2).
