25-year-old Jessica Michelle Serranopaz of 12th Avenue SE in Hickory was arrested Friday (December 16) by Hickory Police Officers. She’s charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear on two counts of misdemeanor larceny. Serranopaz was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $5,500 bond. District Court dates were scheduld for today and January 4.
