HICKORY, N.C. (WHKY) — People approaching Medicare eligibility can learn about coverage options and enrollment penalties during an information session Thursday, October 1.  The Catawba Council on Aging will hold the session from 2 to 4 p.m. at West Hickory Senior Center.

Counselors trained through the state’s Seniors’ Health Insurance Information Program will explain Medicare options and answer questions.

West Hickory Senior Center is located at 400 17th Street SW in Hickory.
