34-year-old Danny Joseph Jimison of Tiptop Drive in Marion was arrested Monday (August 14) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor larceny, and misdemeanor resisting, delaying, or obstructing a public officer. Jimison remains in jail as of this morning under $15,000 secured bond and two District Court dates scheduled for August 16 and September 21.
