45-year-old William Danton Buff was arrested Saturday (June 25) by authorities in Alexander County. He was served with an arrest warrant from Catawba County for failing to appear on a charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. A $50,000 secured bond was set for Buff, and as of earlier today (June 27) Buff remained in the Alexander County Detention Center. A Superior Court date is scheduled for Tuesday (June 28) in Catawba County.
