45-year-old William Lewis Barnwell of Louise Place in Lenoir was arrested Saturday (March 18) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with two felony counts of probation violation and a failure to appear on a nonsupport case. Barnwell remains in jail with no bond and a $21,150 secured bond. A District Court date was scheduled for March 21.
