35-year-old Joshua Ray Bishop of Fox Run in Lenoir was arrested Monday (March 20) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with two felony counts of possession of schedule two controlled substance, misdemeanor defrauding a drug or alcohol screening, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bishop was jailed under $15,000 secured bond but was not listed in jail as of this morning. A District Court date was scheduled for March 22.
