36-year-old Jonathan Lee Gragg of Warren Place in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (October 25) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of methamphetamine and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under no bond. As of this morning, Gragg was not listed in jail and no court date was listed.
