37-year-old Daniel Lee Hodge of Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (January 10) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny, and a misdemeanor count of larceny. Hodge remains in jail with a custody release and a $500 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled for February 9 and a Superior Court date scheduled for February 27.
