33-year-old Brandon Wayne Walker of Old North Road in Lenoir was arrested Friday (November 3) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count first-degree statutory rape and jailed under $500,000 secured bond. Walker remains in jail at the Caldwell County Detention Facility. A District Court date was scheduled for today (November 6).
