32-year-old Clinton Gregory Hicks of Jason Place in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (October 31) by Probation and Parole Officers. He was charged with felony extradition to another state on an out of state probation violation. Hicks remains in jail as of this morning in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under no bond and awaiting extradition to Virginia.
