18-year-old Oscar Jobani-Ordone Gruiz of Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (October 9) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count attempted kidnapping and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $75,000 secured bond. Gruiz remains in jail as of this morning with no court date listed.
