33-year-old Derring O’Shea Michaux of Gabriel Lane in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (May 17) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with failure to appear on a felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver schedule two controlled substance. Michaux remains in jail at the Caldwell County Detention Center under $20,000 secured bond and a District Court appearance scheduled for June 28.
