STONY POINT, N.C. (WACB) – 64-year-old Michael Todd Everidge of Stony Point was arrested by Iredell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with failure to register with law enforcement as a registered sex-offender. The infraction is related to Everidge establishing an online account which is restricted per his conviction.

Everidge was convicted in 2025 for second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Court records indicate he was given a 36-month suspended sentence in Iredell County Superior Court. He is not listed as an inmate in the Iredell County Detention Center.
