Man Charged In Connection To Theft Of Items From Residence

21-year-old Jasper Raheim Henderson of Pondview Road in Mooresville was arrested by Iredell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of breaking & entering to a motor vehicle and larceny of a firearm. In addition, Henderson is charged with misdemeanor larceny.

On Saturday, June 16, 2024, Patrol Deputies with the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office responded to a Mooresville address in reference to a larceny. When the officers arrived on the scene, they met with the victim, who said that he had several items missing from his home, including a shotgun.

While canvassing the area, the deputies located a trail leading to another home that had recently been walked on. The deputies followed the path directly to that residence. When they knocked on the door, they met and spoke with Jasper Raheim Henderson. Henderson said that he had a weed eater and chain saw that belonged to the victim.

Henderson reportedly confessed to stealing the items from the victim. He was arrested and charged in connection to the theft. He was taken to the Iredell County Detention Center under a $2500 secured bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (June 26). A District Court date is scheduled for July 9.
